He is survived by: his siblings, Suelein Welley (Reggie) of Berryville, Kilawfa Waguk of Iowa and Truman Waguk of Pingelap, Micronesia; and his nieces and nephews, Rylee Welley, Bennry Welley, Samson Welley, Mary Jean Willey and Jasmin Welley. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
