He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kurczek and Violet Kurczek (Snow); his son Jesse Kurczek; and his siblings, Darlene Grabinski and Douglas Kurczek.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Johnson of Fort Myers, Dennis Kurczek Jr., North Little Rock, Jeff Kurczek of Sherwood, Jason Kurczek of Berryville and Jennifer Sargent of Eureka Springs. He is also survived by grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
