She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Hale Smith; her husband Jim Westlake (Jim); her father Carson Smith; her sister Jerry Ann Smith; her siblings-in-law, Bill Large, Richard Westlake, Mary Ellen Baker and Betsey Ann Hoffman; and her parents-in-law, Noble Charles and Mary Westlake.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Anne Sooter (Ronnie) of Berryville; her grandson Brett Austin Sooter of Springdale; her sisters, Barbara Large of Branson and Betty Mechem (Kent) of Kamloops, BC; and her brother-in-law Charles Westlake of Cabot. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
