She was predeceased by: her parents, John Peden and Ova Peden (Jones); and her siblings, Bill, Arlis, Eulys, Carlis "Barley" Peden and Ethel Minick.
She is survived by: her husband Norman Sooter; her sons, Jimmy Sooter and Tommy Sooter; her grandchildren, Melissa Headrick (Clay) and Wes Sooter (Victoria); and her great grandchild Olivia Headrick. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
