He was predeceased by: his former wife Tracy Treat; his grandfather Glen Miner; and his great-grandparents, Edith Collins, Marie McElhaney, Noah Treat and Gerald McElhaney.
He is survived by: his parents, Travis Miner and Rhonda Miner; his wife Tonya Treat; his stepparents, Bobby and Becky Madewell; his children, Aubrey Treat, Carly Rae Koskela, Rusty Compton and Tyler Compton; his siblings, Greg Madewell (Crystal) and Brittany Methvin (T. J.); and his grandparents, Frances Flippo, O'Dell Treat (Sandra), Kay Carmody and Sally Miner. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws and many friends.
Justin was a very giving person, and the family asks that in lieu of flowers, you make a donation to the charity of your choice in his memory.
