She was predeceased by: her parents, James Levick and Anna Marie Levick (Woolsey); and her brother Lanny Heston. She is survived by: her children, Tony Cooper (Melissa) of Gig Harbor, Washington and Mechelle Freeman (Justin) of Lockwood; her grandchildren, Colby, Hannah, Colton, Derek and William; and her sisters, Vanda Boyd (Bill) of Sulfur Springs, Tonia Ackerman (John) of Sulfur Springs, Quilla Sullivan (Chuck) of Nixa and Karen White (Tom) of Wyandotte, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
