He is survived by: his family Guam; his brother Richard Spear (Shelley) of Gravette, Arkansas; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Christopher (Debbie), Timothy (Nicole), Melissa and Melianie. He is also survived by 4 great nephews, 4 great nieces and one great great nephew along with many other friends and family.
