He was predeceased by: his parents, Evan Mills and Ruby Russell Mills; and his sister Yvonne Leard. He is survived by: his wife Nora Mills; his daughters, Heather Spurgeon of Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Holly Striegel of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; and his stepsons, Martin Fry of Bentonville, Monte Fry of Wichita and Christopher Fry of Athens, Alabama. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
