She was predeceased by: her parents, Gearlon Douglas Holley and Shirley Holley Smith (Hollingsworth). She is survived by: her husband Ronnie; her sons, Todd Hook (Charlesa) and Ronnie Hook, II; her stepmother Linda Holley; and her siblings, Doug Holley and Lisa Carnes. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.
