She was predeceased by: her parents, James Helfer and Virginia Glisson; and her daughter Tawnie Beavers. She is survived by: her husband Keith Mark Smith; her son Joshua Helfer-Ingle; and her siblings, Tina Hemmings, Teresa Greathouse and Robert Johnson. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 11 nieces and nephews.
