He is survived by: his wife Carole Vardaman; his children, Lindy Kern (Adam) and Jeff Swindle (Monique); his grandchildren, Alex, Easton, Landon Kern and Myla Swindle; his brother Dale Swindle, Jr. (Mary Anne) of Northwest Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Brenda Mann of Ozark, Arkansas..
