We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2020, at the age of 93, Thelma M. Russell (Bentonville, Arkansas), born in Van Buren, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Parks and Mary Boothe Parks; and her son Larry "Tinker" Bell. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Connie Bell of Deer Park; her grandson Nathan (Ashley Bell); her great grandchild Ellie Bell of Deer Park; her nephew Michael (Melody Smith) of Lowell; and her brother Gerald Parks. She is also survived by great nieces and two great-nephews.
