She is survived by: her husband Robert Skaggs; her children, Stan Skaggs (Fatima) of Russellville and Stacee Freeman (Neil) of Bentonville; her grandchildren, Kisha Edens (Shane), Cameron Skaggs, Bryan Skaggs, Joy Skaggs and Sara Skaggs; her great grandchildren, Nehemiah and Robert Edens; her siblings, Carl Baggett (Robbie) of Rogers and Mary Baggett of Centerton; and her brother-in-law John Skaggs (Jerri Lynn) of Bentonville. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
