It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Laverne Sandlin of Bentonville, Arkansas, who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Bishop Elmore Jr.; her husband Jack Sandlin; her son Allen; her mother Irene Elmore (Brown); and her siblings, James Hugh Elmore and Brenda Spink.

She is survived by: her siblings, Harry Elmore Sr. (Barbara) and Lavetta Cope (Jerry); her children, Sherry Treat (Shawn), Brian and Greg; her grandchildren, Donovan Shayne Sandlin (Heather), Kasia Hall (Josh Johnson), Saber Treat and Saxon Treat; and her great grandchildren, Neveah, Camden Sandlin and Lilysetta Johnson. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, cousins.
