She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Lee Shaffer and Maggie Byler Shaffer; her daughter Carolyn Cowan; and her siblings, Loyd Shaffer, Joe Shaffer and Sharon Nash.
She is survived by: her husband David Canoy of Bentonville; and her siblings, Howard Shaffer (Frances) of Rogers, Lorie Hollaway of Richland, Lula Gacs of Rogers and Marie Main of Bentonville. She is also survived by three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
