He is survived by: his children, Matthew Edward (Jan) of Hatch and Kim Frances (Jon) of Bentonville; his wife Stephnie; his grandchildren, Cassandra Moore (Richard) of Springdale Jessica and Paul Dreyer of Gentry; his great grandchildren, Natasha Joy and Anya Grace Carter; and his siblings, Jene Rasher (Bob) of Grand Island, Betty Dudgeon (Gene) of Hebron, June Moriarty of Buffalo and Tony Valek (Debbie) of Las Vegas.

Due to the pandemic a Celebration of Life for Roger will be held at a later date.
