He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gypson Grigsby and Myrtle Jane Winning Grigsby; and his brothers, Jim, Bill and Johnny (Ralph).

He is survived by: his wife Harriet Grigsby; his daughter Bobbi; his son-in-law Charlie Heidelberg of Bella Vista; and his granddaughter Leigh Ann Heidelberg of New York. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
