He is survived by: his children, Aaron Ivy (Heather) of Indiana, Heather Lumsdon (Erik) of Indiana and Tiffany Boling of Bentonville; and his siblings, C. A. Ivy of Ft. Smith, Billy Ray Ivy of Oklahoma, Margie Ivy of Bentonville, Susie Harger of Bentonville and Della Jane Ivy of Missouri. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
