She was predeceased by: her parent Billy Joe; and her granddaughter Averie Booth. She is survived by: her parent William Joseph; her husband Ken Booth; her children, Casey W. Booth and Kendra L. Anthony; her sisters, Deborah Kay Copelin and Joyce Ann Harp; and her grandson Asher Kayne Booth.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the National Ataxia Foundation.
