He is survived by: his wife Donna Perkins (Kesner); his children, Tara Escobar of Berryville and Piper Perkins of Bentonville; his grandchildren, Maria, David, Austin, Oscar, Katie, Willow and Seren; and his siblings, Regina (Perkins), Renoude and Roger Perkins. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
