He is survived by: his wife Nellie; his son Jess Slaughter; and his siblings, Edward Slaughter (Tina Plunkett) of Arlington, Lynn Slaughter (Nancy) of Fruita, Roger Slaughter (Valerie) and Marlene Eveland of Haysville. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
