She was predeceased by: her husband Dean Edgar Winters; and her son Hung Winters. She is survived by: her children, Ann Campbell (David) of Berryville, Snow Leiah Winters of Portland, Oregon and Tom Winters (Nicole) of Holiday Island; her daughter-in-law Minh Winters of Orlando Florida; and her grandchildren, Crystal Ashworth (Tyler), Jamie Casey (Kolby), David T. Campbell, Laura Winters, Sarah Winters, Phuong Nguyen (Tuyen), Evon Nguyen, John Nguyen, Jennifer Winters, Becky Stone (Paul) and Amy Brandt (Sonny). She is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren, one great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, along with a host of friends.
