He is survived by: his significant other Bonnie Pulliam; his friends, Adrian Talley, Ricketts, Potts, Scroggins and Jim Bland; and his children, Joe (Karen) of Bella Vista, Trina Middleton (Robert) of Bentonville, Carla Sadler (Paul) of Knoxville, TN and Staci Cohn (Don) of Springdale. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
