He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Oxford and Susan Oxford (Ruskauff) of Garfield; his brother John Oxford (Glorie) of Garfield; and his nieces and nephews, Erika, Toody Mae, Harrison and William. He is also survived by many friends, family, and coworkers.
