He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Howser and Patricia Howser (Perkins); and his sister Beatrice Rosencuter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Hartsel; his children, Michael R Howser Jr. and Jessica Yockey (Matt); and his sisters, Pam Parson, Tammy Howser and Christina Booker. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
The family has requested donations to the Circle of Life Hospice, 1201 NE Legacy Parkway, Bentonville, AR 72712 in lieu of flowers.
