She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Shaffer and Maggie Byler Shaffer; her husband William Gacs, Sr.; her siblings, Ruby Canoy, Sharon Nash, Lloyd and Joe Shaffer; her son William Gacs, Jr.; and her granddaughter Kendra Sue Harvey.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Gacs, Katherine Curry, Suzanna Harvey, Cindy Lobe and Steven Gacs; and her siblings, Lorie Holloway, Howard Shaffer and Marie Main. She is also survived by twenty one grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.
