He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Birchfield and Dorothy Birchfield (Dowell); and his brother Danny Birchfield (Nelva). He is survived by: his sister Lana Gordon (Tony); his wife Cathey Birchfield (Collins); his daughters, Melissa Casey (Charles), Carrie Pittman (JR) and Krista Beck (John); and his grandchildren, Clinton Summers, Brett Summers, Renee Pittman, Madison Beck, Camryn Casey, Rilee Pittman, Aubrey Beck and Reese Pittman. He is also survived by his family, friends.
