He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Coulter and Elma Coulter of Hamburg, Arkansas.; and his siblings, Bob, Edna, Randy and Ellis Coulter.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Callaway; his son Steven (Cayla); and his siblings, Faye Carpenter, Patsy Carpenter and Troy Coulter.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fayetteville National Cemetery (1000 S Lt Col Leroy Pond Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72701). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Decatur Assembly of God Church (674 N Main St, Decatur, AR 72722).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.
