It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kaylah Marie Ausmus of Bentonville, Arkansas, born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her aunt Shannon; her uncles, Joe Undernehr and Dave Musteen; and her grandparents, Sharon Wester Waugh, Bud and Cricket Ausmus.
She is survived by: her parents, Phillip Ausmus and Sarah Waugh Ausmus; her children, Aubrey and Jacetyn Ausmus; her siblings, Emilie Hook (Zac Hook) and Korben Ausmus (Breanna Clevenstine); her niece Kylie Hook; her nephews, Elijah Hook and Kayson Ausmus; and her grandfather Jerry Waugh. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close family and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution fund for Aubrey and Jacetyn has been set up in c/o of the funeral home.
