She was predeceased by: her parents, John Matherly and Georgia Matherly; and her siblings, Gerald Matherly, Harold Matherly, Larry Matherly and Patricia Ellis.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Eastin (Tim) of Finger, TN and Scott Murch (Kristy) of Bentonville, AR.; her grandchildren, Jeff Moseley (Jessica) of Bartlett, TN, Cody Moseley (Crystal) of Memphis, TN, Karli McCreary (Jordan) of Onarga, IL, Kaylyn Hubbard (Richard) of Drummonds, TN, Kristen Eastin (Marco) of Memphis, TN, Jessi Zbylut (Zach) of Siloam Springs, AR and Ashley Jones (Keeten) of Canehill, AR.; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Matherly of Hope and Debbie Lemley of Texarkana. She is also survived by 16 Great-Grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
