He is survived by: his son Austin Bolek of Crane, MO; his mother Theresa Biggerstaff; his stepfather Tony Biggerstaff of Berryville, AR; his father Allan Flaa; his stepmother Debbie Flaa of Camarillo, CA; his brother Terry Flaa; his sister-in-law Jenny Flaa of Santa Maria, CA; his sister Jill Flaa; his brother-in-law Devin DelaPena of North Hollywood, CA; his aunt Phyllis Schaller of Ojai, CA; and his godparents, John and Vicki Wilcox of Camarillo, CA. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as co-workers and many, many friends.
