He was predeceased by: his mother Torie Moore; his brother Cole Luper; and his grandparents, Leon, Janet Wiley, Opal "Demaris" and Samuel Hughart.

He is survived by: his parent Shannon Wiley; his wife Cassidy Paige Franke; his stepparents, Curtis Luper of Bentonville, AR and Lorri Wiley; his siblings, Morgan Wiley of Frisco, Texas, Claire Wiley of Frisco, Texas and Chase Luper of Bentonville, AR; and his grandparents, Tom Moore (Sandy) of Fort Smith, AR, Kevin, Janette Daniels of Fort Smith, AR, Herman Luper of Van Buren, AR and Norma Ketcham (Bill) of Fort Smith, AR.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins that all loved him very much, along with numerous friends.
