She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Andrews and Ether Andrews; and her husband Charles M. Mathis Jr.. She is survived by: her son Charles M. Mathis III (Terrie); and her grandson Micah Mathis (Brittany) of Bentonville. She is also survived by numerous extended family and dear friends.

Due to Covid-19 concerns, private family services will be held.
