Jack Ellis Sandlin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Ellis Sandlin (Bentonville, Arkansas), who passed away on March 22, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sandlin and Daisy Sandlin; his stepson Allen Dale Sandlin; his siblings, Rhonda Mitchell and Charles; his siblings-in-law, Lorene Sandlin (Lee) and Ron Lowe; his sister Connie Rial; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Sandlin.

He is survived by: his stepson Gregory Dean Sandlin; his wife Shirley Sandlin; his daughter Sherry Treat; his son-in-law Shawn; his sons, Brian Sandlin and Greg Sandlin; his grandchildren, Donovan Shayne Sandlin (Heather), Kasia Hall, Saber Treat and Saxon Treat; his great grandchildren, Jack, Neveah, Camden Sandlin and Lilysette Johnson; his siblings, Edward Jr., Joann Lowe and Brenda Whiteside; his brother-in-law Rudy Whiteside; his brother Johnny Wayne Sandlin; his siblings-in-law, Judy Sandlin and Larry Mitchell; his sister Vicki Stern; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Stern and Rial. He is also survived by many extended family members and a host of friends.

So much more could be said about Jack and his life and his many contributions to his family, friends, and community, but to do that a book would have to be written.
