He was predeceased by: his parents, Dalton Everett and Doris Everett (Davis); his brother Maury Musgrave; and his son George Musgrave, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Gina Beth Davis (Al) of Pea Ridge, Crystal Michael (Jason) of Fort Smith and Jeffrey Ray Musgrave (Amelia) of Minot; and his siblings, Gloria Wininger of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Jerry Musgrave (Jane) of Phoenix and Larry Musgrave (Sherryl) of Springfield, Illinois. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
