He is survived by: his wife Terri Winchel Dipboye; his mother Velma Dipboye of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his daughters, Stephanie Runyan of Rogers, Tiffany Zgragen of Paicines and Candice Rich of Colorado Springs; and his grandchildren, Holly Rich, Kristen Rich and Alexander Rich.
