It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fleta Roberta Forquer of Bentonville, Arkansas, born in Norton, Kansas, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Reynolds Heywood Johnson Jr.; her husband Julian Forquer Jr.; and her siblings, Reva Clark and Eldon Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn O'Brate (Mark) of Bentonville, Karen Clark (Greg) of Bentonville, Mike Forquer (Barbara) of Bentonville and Tony Forquer (Beth) of Ozark, Missouri. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; church family members and dear friends.
