She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Johnson and Rosalie Maxwell Johnson; and her siblings, Wayne Johnson and Linda Ramsey. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Casey; her son Eric Casey (JoLynda) of Springdale; her grandchildren, Andrew and Sammy; her daughter Denise Toavs (Jonathan) of Orlando Florida; her grandchildren, Jared and Kayla; and her siblings, Cherrie Baker of Oklahoma City and Bobby Johnson of Moore, OK. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
