She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ross, Charles, Gene Requa, Doris, Retha, Barbara and Sharon.
She is survived by: her former spouse Lonnie Wormington of Purdy; her daughter Dorothy L. Wormington; her spouse Cleburn "Sammy" Hill; and her sons, Ronnie L. Hill and Ron Hill (Laura) of Oceanside, California. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
