He was loved and cherished by many people including: his uncle Leland Spradlin; his wife Jami Haines of Bentonville; his daughters, Shelley Courdin (Ted) of Fayetteville and Suzanne West (Eric Spradley) of Springdale; his stepchildren, Michael Haines (Allison) and Candice Johnson (Taylor) of Bentonville; his grandchildren, David Miller (Allie), Jayma, Cooper Courdin, Jasmine, Dylan West, Evan, Logan Spradley and Curren Johnson; his great grandchild Olivia Bea Miller; his brother John Spradlin (MaryBeth) of Little Rock; and his parents, Beatrice Culbertson and John C. Spradlin. He was also cherished by two nephews, a niece, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
