He was predeceased by: his parents, Loraine Otto (Lindsay) and Leonard Otto; his sister Sharon Frink; his brother-in-law Steve Morris; and his grandparents, Lee, Anna Lindsey, Charles and Anna Otto.
He is survived by: his siblings, Don (Sylvia) of Fort Worth and Doris Morris of Corpus Christi; his brother-in-law Roger Frink of Bentonville; his niece Paige Sheffield Camarillo (Steve); his great-nephew Grant; his great-niece Gia of Corpus Christi; his niece Allison Otto Baumgardner; his great-niece Olivia of Fort Worth; his nephews, Walker and Wade Frink of Bentonville; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashley of Lincoln, Kazz and Beckett of Bentonville; his uncle Roye Lindsay of Burwell; and his aunt Mildred Otto of Kearney.
In 2020 he was hospitalized with Covid-19 and the illness caused severe heart damage.
