He is survived by: his wife Connie Jo Phillips; his children, Ryan Phillips of Bella Vista and Danielle Rachel (Kelan) of Bentonville; his grandchildren, Eli, Leighton and Abraham Phillips of Centerton, Arkansas; his great grandchild Randall; his granddaughter Crystal Phillips; his daughter Tiffany Hamilton of Harrisonville; and his sister Marcella Phillips of Arkansas.
