He is survived by: his sister Mary Tuscher of California; and his children, Douglas Arns (Kim) of Piedmont, Oklahoma, Marea (Arns), Dan Breedlove of Locust Grove, Oklahoma, Jeanien (Arns), Rusty Rutherford of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Karen (Miller), Rick Tuel of Bentonville, Arkansas and Janice Vails (Miller) of Kiefer, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
