We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2023, at the age of 86, Charlotte Ann Hoffman of Bentonville, Arkansas, born in Springfield, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Callaway and Helen Callaway (Freeman). She is survived by: her husband Charles Hoffman of Bentonville; her sons, Mark Hoffman (Jill) of Tulsa, OK and Jeff Hoffman (Joanne) of Tulsa, OK; her sisters-in-law, Beverly Beckmeyer of Springfield, MO and Pauline Hoffman of Springfield, MO; and her niece Michelle Hoffman of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
