She is survived by: her husband Michael D. Weiher; her daughter Destanie RaeAnn Denny; her stepsons, Michael and Dustin; her parents, Penny Douglas and Joe Taylor; her stepfather Stephen Douglas; her grandchildren, Serenity, Nayley, Brooklyn, Michael, Daxton and Ayden; her sisters, Angela Waller and Rebecca Taylor; and her stepsiblings, Rose Pagel, Tammy Hutson, Kristel Robinson and Richard Tullius. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.

Charity attended McDonald County High School in Noel, Missouri and was a graduate of the Neosho Beauty College.
