She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine Wuest and Charles Wuest. She is survived by: her grandchild Baba; her pets, Gigi and Baxter; her husband Dr. James H. Arkins; her children, Erin Whiteley, Matthew Arkins, Corrie Rusch (Mike) and Joshua Arkins (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Orion Edens (Michelle), Tyler Whiteley, Ryan Whiteley, Isabella Arkins, Cate Whiteley, Connor Whiteley, Wells Arkins, John Michael Rusch, Will Rusch, Conley Rusch, Melly Arkins and Sosi Rusch; her great grandchild Isabella Smith; and her siblings, Carol Couch (Lonnie) and Charles "Skip" Wuest (Linda).
