He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul Cook and Willie Lorraine Cook (Rogers). He is survived by: his wife Georgia Faye; his daughters, Janice Taylor (Tom) of Bentonville and Darla Ringo (Jeff) of Cordell, OK; his grandchildren, Missy Johnson (Josh) of Bentonville, Trea Taylor (Anna) of Rogers, AR and Max Ringo (McKenzie) of Ft. Worth, TX; his great grandchildren, Caden Memphis Johnson, Rylan Greer Johnson, Norah Bryn Johnson and Leo Calvin Taylor; and also Jason Rabel of Bentonville.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask for donations to be made to the Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Arkansas.
