“I met Brenda when she first moved in Concordia in apartment 202. We became fast friends and everyone thought we were sisters. We used to talk about if we had a car we would just in and go all over the place and see some sights. She was always very friendly to everyone that she met with a big smile on her face. She loved little Angel and you could always see them out walking and if you went into her apartment she would be laying very close to Brenda. An "Angel" was watching over Brenda. Liz”
