She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elisha and Wilma Talley (Ackley); her child Rama J Harris (Bud); and her grandson Douglas Talley Stanley. She is survived by: her former husband Bud Harris; her husband Bob Burns; her sisters, Helen Davenport, Patsy Talley and Wilma Bishop (Dave); and her daughters, Nancy H. Rhodes (Sam), Penny Oslica (Richard), Trudy Harris, Jakey Vernetti (Buddy) and Polly Harris. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Billie Burns.
