She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Casperson and Frederick Schmid; her brother Freddy Schmid; and her daughter-in-law Lucy "Sue" Martin. She is survived by: her sister Jean Post; her children, Warren Martin and Shirley Taylor (Don); and her grandchildren, David (Madeline), Brian (Stephanie), Brett Martin, Shelly van Zyl (Ettienne) and Tammy Anderson (Jason). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
